Returns + Exchanges
Merchandise must be unworn, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe bag. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to complete your return.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
All international orders are Final Sale.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please keep in mind that many of our leathers are limited stock articles, and may not be available again once they are sold out.
